Just a quick note to say that I'm still living at the hotel but trying to get my house together before Christmas. I'm rather sore and super stressed, so I'm not in a posting mood. I look forward to making art and connecting online in the very near future. Please don't forget about me!

I haven't forgotten about you - I didn't know you were still in the hotel which really sucks and I was hoping you would be home already. I will keep wishing that but I can imagine (but I bet I can't really) the kind of strain and physical and emotional toil this puts on you.

Thanks for sticking around Elizabeth! I'm a bit bonkers right now with Christmas on the way and a toxic house that still isn't aired out an still isn't finished. Then there's the project supervisor who doesn't do any quality control (i.e. he told me the house was finished and I went there to find that they didn't even wire in the lights in the kitchen or finish the painting). Things don't move forward in a logical way and I really have to ride them to get any info. Grrr. They threw out my vintage kitchen chairs despite me asking them to just clean them... but they just told me this yesterday instead of, oh, two months ago. So, now I have to find chairs and a table and other things for the house.
Okay, breathe. I've had some lovely times at the hotel, but I really want to be home! Soon, soon...
How could I forget about you? I hope things go as smoothly as possible from here on. Take care of yourself and hope you get some rest.

Ahh, crappy about your place! I'm sure you're desperate to get home. I'd rather thought you'd be back by now, too. How frustrating and exhausting. :(

Good to hear from you! Haven't forgotten, I check your blog to see if you've posted quite often. Hope that you're back in your own place soon. I'd be going nuts in a hotel that long.
